Inside Sales Coordinator

On behalf of our multinational client, we are looking to recruit an Inside Sales Coordinator
•Execute account management and sales processes
•Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, delivery times and delivery conditions, prepare and close sales within the mandate
•Input orders into the system, taking into account the minimum order value, margin, lead-time etc.
•Monitor and communicate order status
•Support customers, solve problems from a customer perspective and supporting the delivery of the desired product
•Provide samples to customers
•Manage external customers
•Carry out activities aimed at increasing the number of customers and increasing sales (share-gain)
•Support colleagues from other sales offices
•Register and follow-up quality complaints with internal and external customers
•Communicate with customers (business / company updates etc.)
•Support Account Receivable activities with Finance
•Generate regular reports for Sales Management (or upon request)
•Secondary school education
•1-3 years relevant experience
•Fluent level of English
•German language knowledge is a strong advantage (other language a plus)
•PC knowledge
•Good communication and organisational skills
