International Customer Service Team Leader

About our partner:
Our partner is a global organisation operating in more than 20 countries. We are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Team Leader for their business service in Budapest. The position is full-remote, as the team works from home too. The person has to work 5 days per week, working hours are in shifts.


Manage and motivate a team up to 15 Customer Care advisors/agents
Coordinate activities in line with department targets and performance levels
Communicate company goals, safety practices
Provide support to management, including hiring and training, and keep management updated on team performance
Continually look at potential improvements to departmental processes


University degree
1-2 years of people management experience
1-2 years of experience in Customer Service
German Level – C1/C2 Speaking Proficiency
English Level –  B1 (trainings, system usage)
Ability to present value added solutions to Customers
High emotional intelligence and soft skills with the ability to manage employees
Achieves goals in a timely manner while discipline & strict compliance with policies & procedures
Ability to learn, seek knowledge and self development
Experience in a multi-system environment
Strong verbal communication skills
High problem solving skills
Proficiency in using MS Office applications is a plus
Strong reporting and analytic skills
Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude

Customer Care Advisor (German speaking)

Abour our partner:

Our telecommunications service partner company is now looking for a German speaking Care Advisor colleague. It is a full time & full remote job.


Respond effectively to customer queries through available channels (phone, chat)
Manage customer engagement and interaction ensuring all agreed quality attributes are met and exceeded
Identify secondary (possible or hidden) customer needs and attempt to add value accordingly
Ensure service level agreements are met and maintained through accuracy in handling required task and through communicating positively with all parties involved (2nd Line, 3rd Line, etc…) in order to facilitate timely issue resolution
Follow agreed processes / procedures to raise and resolve customer queries as well as propose


German Level – C1 / C2 Speaking Proficiency
English Level –  B1 (trainings, system using)
Stable Internet connection
Preferable experience within a contact centre or customer service environment for 1 year
Strong verbal communication skills
High problem solving skills
