Team 1: Monitoring Feature Squad
Develop intuitive and user-friendly dashboards and pro-active notifications for a cloud-based network management tool for business customers. This will comprise data management, business analytics, data visualization and error analysis. A dashboard is currently in place, but an improvement is required with content enrichment, UI optimization, code refactoring, as well as enhancement of scalability and leveraging the performance of diverse data sources.

Team 2: Configuration Feature Squad
The company is investing in the development of algorithms for machine-based optimization of device configurations, e.g. channel selection and transmission power of WIFI devices. The task is to support the development and integration of these and upcoming services into the cloud, for example setting-up new microservices, building APIs, managing dataflows, and supply visualization for network improvement through algorithmic optimization.
 

Key tasks and abilities

• Development of the front-end and back-end of our web applications, with a focus on a modularized overall architecture
• Design and development of cloud-based networking management solutions in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• A view of the entire software: from design to development to customer acceptance testing
• Understand problems from a broad technical domain, propose solutions, and evaluate and implement them
• Coordinate application concepts with stakeholders and our experts
• Evaluate and integrate new frameworks and technologies

Skills and requirement

• Experience with Angular (≥11), Typescript for the Frontend and Java(11)/Kotlin, Spring/Vert.x for the Backend
• Experience with the underlying data stores Postgres, Redis, Cassandra or Clickhouse
• Experience with spring/Vert.x, testing frameworks and Java libraries (e.g. AssertJ)
• Familiar in using Jira, Confluence, Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins
• Experience in building consistently modularized software with clear interfaces
• Clear and precise communication of problems in English
• Experience with agile development methods
