Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Work with Craft Manager CE to develop and implement the CE Craft strategy (incorporating relevant market research and intelligence) and to define the pricing and marketing strategy.
  • Support and contribute to brand building for the Central Europe craft business unit, especially Hungary.
  • Support and set up the marketing & communication strategy as well as actions deriving therefrom.
  • Support the product strategy: (which SKUs, what form, which packaging, and what services) taking into account the technical constraints.
  • Develop, set up, and lead appropriate actions to develop the business and customer relationships in Hungary (website development, brochures, events, fairs, discounts and incentives, and services).
  • Control agreed-on annual operating budgets in Hungary and monitor ongoing performance
  • Take responsibility for and lead Craft services to include CRM, technical services, assistance, and troubleshooting in Hungary.
  • Work in synergy with Group functions. 

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience required;
  • Strong Knowledge of Marketing, Communication, and Sales;
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships is required;
  • Fluent English language knowledge is needed;
  • a dynamic and open-minded personality.
