  • Be part of the team developing the company applications, deliver excellent customer service in line with contractual agreements and SLAs
  • Support the delivery of application maintenance and application changes
  • Work with team members, business analysts and superusers according to the Agile methodology
  • Provide technical expertise in completing tasks and work
  • Work on the development, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of system
  • Research and resolve complex technical issues
  • Ensure that the architecture integrates well with the functional business specifications and technical infrastructure
  • Develop and test complex programs and utilities for critical application modules
  • Define test strategies, prepare test plans/test scripts, and execute unit, system and integration tests as required
  • Support user acceptance tests for assigned tasks
  • Evaluate system performance and provide necessary solutions for improvement
  • Update Team Leader relating to issues, personal development and support needed


  • Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • University degree (preferably in IT or Sciences/Mathematics) or comparable experience
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages
  • Fluency in English is a MUST
