RPO Recruitment Consultant
About our partner:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), to support with a variety of technical roles. Our partner is the Engineering Center of a luxury automotive brand in Budapest.
This role will be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing the full recruitment life-cycle and, partnering closely with stakeholders to provide their expertise and solutions to acquiring the best Engineering – IT talent in a competitive market. You will join a team of Recruiters and Sourcers, working in modern environment on Váci street.
Your daily tasks:
· End to end management of the recruitment process in a defined technical area
· Act as a true partner and advisor to the Hiring Managers
· Organize interviews, assessments and feedback sessions
· Manage candidates’ recruitment journey and experience
· Share local market intelligence and data on local talent pool
· Proactively work with the sourcing team to identify candidates and execute sourcing plans
· Manage the candidate offer negotiation process
· Oversee the onboarding process with the HR coordinators
· Ensuring data accuracy in the ATS (SuccessFactors)
What you need to have:
· At least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience gained in technical area (IT or Engineering)
· Experience in automotive industry is highly appreciated
· Fluent English language skills and you are not afraid to use it
· Experience working directly with Hiring Managers
· Collaborative approach, able to work in a team
· Proactive, solution-oriented approach with assertive communication
