Tasks:
- Answering the phone calls of French/German/Spanish speaking customers and distributors
- Handle the possible issues co-operating with other departments
Requirements:
- To be fluent in French OR German OR Spanish
- To have an at least intermediate level (B2) of English knowledge
Advantage:
- If you have user level IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP)
- If you are interested in beauty industry
- To have experience in customer-service field
