Tasks:

  • Answering the phone calls of French/German/Spanish speaking customers and distributors 
  • Handle the possible issues co-operating with other departments

Requirements:

  • To be fluent in French OR German OR Spanish 
  • To have an at least intermediate level (B2) of English knowledge

Advantage:

  • If you have user level IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP)
  • If you are interested in beauty industry 
  • To have experience in customer-service field
