About Our Partner:
Our Partner is one of the most successful chain store in Hungary. Their team consists of multilingual colleagues providing services business areas for the Czech, Slovak and Hungarian markets. They are looking for a Czech or Slovak Speaking Customer and Colleague Engagement Service Associate.

Tasks:

• Ensuring all contacts are answered efficiently and resolved as detailed in the operating processes
• Delivering a great customer and colleague service experience
• Taking ownership of the issue, and using my knowledge and behavioral skills to engage, understand, action and deliver with confidence
• Escalating contacts efficiently, where required, to minimize impact on customers
• Spotting opportunities to improve process for the business

Requirements:

• High school education
• Intermediate English language knowledge
• Intermediate Czech or Slovak language knowledge
• Willingness to relocate to Budapest – We support you with relocation bonus
• Willingness to work in shifts
