Tasks:

• Support to solve maintenance problems in stores
• Ensuring all contacts are answered efficiently and resolved as detailed in the operating processes
• Delivering a great colleague service experience
• Taking ownership of the issue, and using knowledge and behavioral skills to engage, understand, action and deliver with confidence
• Escalating contacts efficiently

Requirements:

• High school degree
• Intermediate English language knowledge
• Advanced Czech or Slovak language knowledge
• Willingness to relocate to Budapest – We support you with relocation bonus
• Willingness to work in shifts
