Manpower Hungary’s French multinational partner company is world leader in the manufacture of power management products, automation and solutions adapted to these professions. They are looking for their new Global Transformation Colleague.

Tasks:

• the end to end successful delivery of complex projects / programs (reporting towards stakeholders)
• drive the implementation of activities, projects and programs globally
• Provide expert advice and coaching to initiative leads/teams
• Projectmanagemet for the supply chain planning deployment in the region or globally
• Ensure project mgmt standards are documented and followed across all planning programs and projects
• Collaborate and manage a cross functional team of experts

Requirements:

• At least 10 years experience in planning domain & experience in driving and leading transformation programs
• PMP certification
• strong knowledge and understanding of supply chain process with E2E view
• customer centric approach
• Structured and process oriented thinking
• Experience gained in change management
• Creative but critical thinker, good problem solver approach
• Ability to work independently in a highly matrix organization
• Ability to influence and convince senior stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication
