Sales Manager
About our Partner:
Our Partner is a fast growing multinational company. They organize the supply of grains in European countries. If you have experience in sales of grains, don’t hesitate! Manpower Hungary is looking for Sales Manager!
Tasks:
- Implementation of a company sales strategy within the responsibility area
- Develop and execute a customer strategy and business plan with a strong collaboration with the Partner
- Maintaining annual and ongoing negotiations with the Customers in accordance with Company strategy and Policies
- Building and maintaining long term relationships with customers
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Search for a new Customers
- Leading negotiations and signing contracts with the new Customers
- Planning and managing Turnover and associated with it expenses
- Participating in regular sales and operations planning meetings
Requirements:
- At least high school degree
- Experience in agriculture market in Hungary
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
- High level of negotiation skills
