Responsibilities:

  • Executing day-to-day accounting tasks.
  • Managing day-to-day financial operations.
  • Running reports and preparing regular analyses.
  • Preparing financial statements.
  • Assisting in financial planning.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Contributing to the development of financial policies and procedures.
  • Communicating and working together with external and internal auditors.

 

Requirements:

  • Financial and/or accounting degree is a must.
  • Responsible working, precise, problem-solving approach.
  • Understanding of the whole financial statement.
  • Understanding of all aspects of accounting.
  • Proficiency in Hungarian and intermediate English skills

Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings for the managing director
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, manage emails, and screen inquiries.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, and prepare detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones and filing documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting directors, and executives.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Discreet, trustworthy personality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • középfokú angol nyelvtudás
  • eros Excel ismeret
