IT Systems Architect – Adobe Experience Manager

About Our Partner and The Role:

  • Our partner is a global leader focused on the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural machinery and infrastructure. The Adobe IT Systems Architect is responsible for a leadership role in software design, development, and implementation of Digital Asset Management system and Brand Websites, utilizing Adobe AEM. Through collaboration with the Global IT department and technical leads within other groups, you are responsible for defining and guiding implementation of the end-to-end product solutions which fall under The Company's Adobe AEM portfolio. You will be involved in both new product definition as well as existing product operation, modification, understanding customer and business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical plans, and producing documented models of the components of each solution.  You will also own and support research, analysis, and recommendation of new technologies, frameworks, and products to incorporate into The Company’s Adobe AEM portfolio. A successful candidate must have multiple years of actual end-to-end design and implementation experience in the software industry.

Tasks:
 

  • Responsible for Digital Asset Management system and Brand Websites long-term technical strategy & planning,
  • Lead partners, vendors and manufacturing department to provision estimates,
  • Develop and own overall implementation plans, customization, and integration efforts in order to support asks from global teams,
  • Analyzes existing system to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, obsolescence, and technology support gaps. Refines and expands the model as necessary,
  • Define software development process best practices and coding standard; Partners with Enterprise Architectural team in maintaining and improving internal organizational standards,
  • Own alignment of products with The Company's Global IT infrastructure and technologies standards,
  • Provide guidance to development teams that are building product solutions for our internal and external customers using Adobe AEM,
  • Ideation, design, and implementation of new functionality; enhancement of various services inside the platform,
  • Coaching development teams to support project execution, operations, and alignment with overall Offboard application objectives,
  • Coach and guide development teams technical and professional development,
  • Active leader responsible for participation and preparation of agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives,
  • Responsibility for compliance with all Company guidelines by all employees and teams, as well as compliance with all control processes and standards.

Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor`s / Master`s degree in computer science, IT, engineering or equivalent education,
  • 3+ years Adobe AEM Architecture experience,
  • Relevant experience in development of DAM and Websites in AEM,
  • Knowledge of software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations,
  • Independent and solution-oriented behaviour,
  • Understanding of DAM and Content Management solutions,
  • Knowledge of agile methods (e.g. SAFe) is an advantage,
  • Strong analytical, holistic and conceptual thinking,
  • English language fluency (written & verbal),
  • Excellent communication skills and team-player attitude as well as the ability to interact with IT and business departments and any level of management,
  • Successfully influencing different groups and teams in a complex environment.

 

 


Software Engineering Manager

About Our Partner:

Our Partner offers a no-code, customizable solution for their clients who use their multichannel platform to manage contact center communications. They are looking to welcome their new Engineering Manager to manage their QA, backend and frontend developers.

Tasks:

  • Act as a people manager, have regular 1on1 meetings with team members, give effective feedback and mentor them if needed, provide career opportunities,
  • Act as a scrum master, facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retro meetings,
  • Work closely with product management to understand business needs and help them translate to solution level,
  • Create realistic execution plans for feature project and present them to stakeholders,
  • Motivate the team and remove obstacles to deliver projects on time,

Business Systems Analyst: SAP IBP/PP EMEA

Our Partner is expanding its Global SAP team to support its SAP S4 HANA landscape. This position will focus on SAP IBP – Integrated Business Planning and SAP PP – Production Planning and will be located in the EMEA region within a global IT team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with SAP business users, providing worldwide support and designing solutions to meet business process requirements. The selected candidate will also participate in large scale programs as the need arises.

Tasks:
 

  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; interpret, validate, and document business requirements
  • Design, customize, configure, and test IBP/PP in a global environment – solutions work across the landscape and across functional areas
  • Manage system maintenance activities, ensuring change requests and all enhancements are progressed.
  • Actively manage relationships with business and functional groups as designated point of contact.
  • Actively manage relationships with third party providers as designated point of contact.
  • Work largely autonomously on a range of projects and tasks with multiple parts.

Requirements:
 

  • 10 + years experience in related SAP support and/or consulting
  • BS degree in Computer Science or related
  • Experience with S4 Hana – at least one full lifecycle implementation in PP is preferred
  • Experience implementing PPDS in S4 Hana is preferred
  • At least 2 full cycle implementations of any combination of IBP Demand/SOP/Supply and Response
  • Exposure to inventory optimization or order based planning in IBP is a plus

  • Experience with CPI-DS/SDI/RTI
  • Working knowledge of available to promise as it relates to supply planning
  • Hands on experience in scheduling using heuristics and optimizer

  • Experience integrating the SAP Core with upstream and downstream processes and systems, such as IBP SOP/Response and Supply, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Warehousing, and Transportation Management
  • PP interfaces with shop floor systems – knowledge of IDOCs, RFC, BAPI, SOAP, WSDL, API, FTP, SFTP  
  • At least 2 full cycle implementations of SAP PP or QM (any combination of SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA)
  • Exposure to Digital Manufacturing Cloud, Plant Connectivity, MII, OSI PI and MES systems is preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years designing and configuring production planning and execution solutions, including deep knowledge of material requirements planning, scheduling, capacity planning, order confirmations, inventory management, and production reporting
  • QM module experience should include configuration and functional activities for source inspection, incoming inspection, production inspections, goods receipt inspections, distribution inspections, and customer return inspections. LIMS integration with SAP is preferred. Additionally, configuration and use of quality notifications and certificate of analysis processing is desirable.
  • Experience with SAP PI/CPI is a plus
  • Working knowledge of available to promise as it relates to production planning
  • Understanding of reporting tools such as CDS views is a plus
  • Knowledge of batch management/classification/characteristics
  • Integration points with MM/QM/SD/PM modules and with external applications
  • Exposure to predictive quality and/or demand driven replenishment is a plus
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager is preferred but not required
  • Experience with business processing mining/robotic process automation as it applies to digital manufacturing is a plus  

 


Customs and Operations Manager

About our partner: 
Our partner is a global company headquartered in Spain, who offers various kind of services within the freight forwarding and customs area, since 2015, they also deal with e-commerce services.
Now they are expanding their services in Hungary, and they are looking for a Customs and Operations Manager.

Responsibilities: 

  • Look after the good corporative image of the company in relation to Customs Authorities, customers, suppliers and the rest of stakeholders around Cacesa

  • Grant the accomplishment of procedures and security rules established by the company as well as of applicable laws in the execution of the operations of his/her branch. Grant the accomplishment of Customs Laws and Rules.
  • Manage customs authorizations request process by pushing for the information needed by the Customs Administration for the different authorizations we are applying for (Delta H7, Delta G, Simplified Procedure, Authorized consignor/consignee)
  • Analyse the results and evolution of his/her branch by controlling the efficiency and effectiveness of activities

  • Early organization of daily/weekly/monthly operations according to the forecasted amount of shipments, jointly with the rest of the team of the branch.

  • Planning, resource assignation and optimization of needed resources for the right development of operations (staff, suppliers…)

  • Coordination and follow-up of the activities of his/her teams

  • Control and supervision of the right handling of the goods in the warehouse in case of inspection and the inbound and the outbound of trucks

  • Follow-up and management of abandoned packets and its right processing according to customer´s request or to internal procedures. 

  • Grant the management and follow-up of incidences and claims related to e-commerce operations. Grant the right information among affected parties.

 

  • Business development of the branch by looking for business opportunities in customs clearance for ecommerce or traditional customs clearance, with the support from our sales department to follow up the opportunities detected.

  • Attention to customers´ requests about e-commerce operations

  • Reporting to customers and to his/her superiors about activity performance,  KPIs

  • Definition and implementation of new operations with the customer, the transport company and handling terminal

  • Translate the branch targets to his/her team

  • Analyse the results and the evolution of his/her field and control the efficiency and effectiveness of its activities

  • Management, coordination and supervision of the tasks of the staff supervised by him/her, as well as manage their needs about holidays, blackouts, training

  • Evaluate and take care for the development of the staff that reports to him/her. Support in the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members.  

  • Accomplish the security, health and safety rules established by the company and ensure his/her team also accomplish them 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 year-experience in customs department in Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, Logistics and Transport companies or similar.

  • Minimum 3 year of experience managing staff and leading operations. 
  • ​​​​​​​Studies of Foreign Trade, Business Administration or similar
  • Training and experience in Customs regulations and procedures
