The Budapest office has the largest customer service centre in the whole region and they are growing their team in Slovak language:
Tasks:
- Answering the key customer's phone calls and emails in Slovak language.
- Handle the possible issues co-operating with other departments
Requirements:
- To be fluent in Slovak
- To have an at least intermediate level (B2) of English knowledge
- Fluent Hungarian knowledge
Advantage:
- If you have user level IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP)
- If you are interested in beauty industry
- To have experience in customer-service field
