Production Engineer

Responsibilities:

Production/ assembly/ adjustment/ testing of prototypes of complex laser system
Training of colleagues from other Asian locations on the laser systems to be transferred and transfer of knowledge as “know-how carrier” for the laser system
Create basic documentation outlining manufacturing process methods and routine instructions
Compiling components and assemblies into a bill of materials – in close consultation with the R&D department
Communicate deviations to the involved interfaces
Involved in product and process optimizations to ensure manufacturability in Singapore/ China/ Thailand
Responsible for tasks/sub-projects within the scope of Continuous Engineering
Validation of technical changes of prototypes and product improvements
Supports with experience in the design process to increase manufacturability
Accompanies the definition of manufacturing costs, timelines, manufacturing resources and sequence requirements
Coordinate collaboration with Singapore/ China/ Thailand and be the first point of contact for production deviations

Requirements:

Completed university or technical college studies in physics, laser technology/physical engineering or a comparable natural or engineering science
Very good written and spoken English skills as well as project management know-how
Knowledge in the application of optical, mechanical and electronic measurement technology, as well as knowledge in optics/laser technology and mechanics
Excellent communication skills and a quality-conscious work style combined with a high level of customer orientation
Willingness to travel internationally on business

Az értékesítési adatok összeállítása és elemzése, valamint megoldási/reakciójavaslatok készítése
Megfelelo szintu szakmai és technikai tudás létrehozása, fenntartása és fejlesztése
Az értékesítési volumen, a termékösszetétel és az eladási ár fejlesztése, fenntartása és növelése
Jelentést tesz az értékesítési igazgatónak
Értékesítési, bevételi, ügyféllátogatási, kiadási jelentések és reális elorejelzések bemutatása
Bizonyítottan képes az értékesítési folyamatot a tervtol a lezárásig irányítani
Nehezen összpontosít a megadott értékesítési célokra

Elvárások:

Korábbi értékesítési tapasztalat, ideális esetben vezetoi pozícióban (értékesítési igazgató, országos értékesítési igazgató, menedzser)
Muszaki ismeretek, különösen az ipari termékek, szivattyúk és a tisztítóipar területén
Utazási képesség

Location: Slovakia (West region: Nitra, Komarno, Trencin, Tekov OR North/east region: Zemplin, Abov – Koszyce, Saris – Presov, Spis, Orava)

Tasks:

Sales of products manufactured and marketed by the Sniezka Group through existing sales channels;
Identifying and exploring new growth opportunities, generating new leads and acquiring additional business partners;
Managing the sales process for clients in the specified region;
Maintaining appropriate contact, building and developing lasting and effective business relations with clients;
Leading trade negotiations and carrying out regular clients visits according to a defined plan;
Conducting presentations and product trainings to business partners;

Requirements:
