Customer Service Specialist
About our Partner:
Our partner is a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames and sunglasses. The company brings together the complementary expertise of two industry pioneers, one in advanced lens technologies and the other in the craftsmanship of iconic eyewear.
Now they are growing their team and looking for a customer service specialist to the Budapest office.
Tasks:
- Processing orders correctly and on time and communicating with customers – by phone, in writing
- Receiving various requests and providing information about products, receiving orders or complaints
- Entering orders into the system, issuing approvals
- Communication with domestic and foreign customers
- Work in internal systems necessary for business
- Performs active and passive telemarketing for existing and potential new customers
- Processes complaints – receiving complaints, processing complaints, issuing approvals, communication with the customer and production, processing complaints in the internal system
- Closely cooperates with other departments of the company
- Creates and analyses relevant reports based on superior request
- Ordering lenses for grinding, completing the lenses and sending them to the grinding service, exit control and issuing invoices
- Performs other tasks upon request of the superior
Requirements:
- excellent knowledge of English language
- computer skills (Microsoft Office, the Internet and Outlook); knowledge of SAP an advantage
- skills needed to provide services, motivation and active work
