About our Partner:As a Data Analyst within our team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and translating complex datasets into valuable insights that can support the business in making strategic decisions. You will work closely with both the business and data engineers to create data-driven solutions that contribute to the optimization of our HR processes and broader business goals.
Tasks:
- Collecting and Preparing Data
- Analyzing Data, such as absenteeism, employee turnover, and employee satisfaction
- Building Dashboards and Reports in PowerBI
- Translating Business Questions into Data Questions
- have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- possess excellent skills in data analysis, data modeling, data visualization, and storytelling based on data.
- have knowledge of advanced SQL techniques and programming languages for data processing such as Python and DBT
- be familiar with Power BI.
- be fluent in English
