Managing the daily operations of the HR service center
Developing HR strategies and initiatives
Ensuring compliance with company policies
Improving processes and practices
Supporting transformation and case management
Monitoring and analyzing cases and feedback
Collaborating with leadership
Leading HR projects and initiatives
Developing and coaching HR team members
Requirements:
Open mindset, customer focus, and extensive HR experience
5+ years of HR leadership experience
Deep knowledge of HR service delivery processes
Experience with ServiceNow case management
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
Experience working with international teams
