About Our Partner:Our Partner specializes in environmentally friendly technology solutions, products and services related to industrial automation and sustainability. They are collaborating with one of the biggest battery-component manufacturing companies in Hungary, supporting them in delivering their waste in an environmentally friendly way.
Responsibilities:
- Checking and organizing documents for domestic shipments (delivery notes, cargo lists, waybills).
- Preparing delivery schedules and coordinating with the warehouse manager.
- Creating inventory reports.
- Conducting warehouse and inventory assessments 1-2 times per week (Szekesfehervar).
- Organizing international full-load shipments to third countries.
- Completing export documentation / filling out CMR, preparing BIREG/EKAER registration.
- Liaising with service providers: warehouse, logistics, accounting etc.
- Managing company phone and internet plans and the associated billing.
- Providing reports on hazardous and non-hazardous waste, as well as metal trade data via the AMAKIR and OKIR systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in the field of Logistics/Finance/Marketing.
- Native Hungarian and fluent English language knowledge.
- 1-2 years experience in similar field.
