We provide online training for smaller teams and face-to-face training for larger teams. Candidates are selected together with the client.

We typically employ participants after a 3-6-month training programme, who can be recruited by the partner as part of their own staff or we can provide temporary staffing or outsourcing arrangement if preferred. 

The daily schedule is built around theoretical and practical teachings, while the weekly assignment reinforces the knowledge that students have learned over the week. The course culminates in a final exam, during which students complete a complex project. The results are presented to the client. After the course, a 3-month follow-up is provided to help the participants to find a smooth transition into their new field.

The Academy service fee includes training costs, advertising costs, sourcing, selection, recruitment, including personality and technical tests.
