Recruitment

Our committed recruitment consultants, who work in white-collar, blue-collar, and IT teams, specialise in particular roles, guaranteeing the highest level of professionalism in the hiring process. To ensure that our colleagues’ knowledge is always up-to-date, we also regularly schedule training sessions for them.

Finding the right individuals for our client requires a precise match between needs and expectations, which is the first step in the recruitment process. After the detailed expectation setting, our recruiters begin sourcing through the most well-known job portals as well as our own database of thousands of candidates. We have a collaboration with profession.hu, the largest employment portal in Hungary, and LinkedIn, the most widely used social networking platform for job searching.

Our services include customised advertising created by our marketing team in collaboration with the recruiter, based on the position and target audience. The marketing and recruitment teams work closely together to find the best channel for reaching the target audience and to continuously monitor and optimise ads, whether they are running on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, or another platform. 

We constantly measure the effectiveness and return on investment of our recruitment tools and test new platforms, so that our well-diversified advertising portfolio effectively supports our ability to fill positions as rapidly as possible.

Selection

Suitable candidates based on their CVs will be subject to selection rounds agreed in advance with the client. A phone pre-screening, a first-round interview, and, if necessary, personality and professional assessments are conducted by our recruiters. 

Throughout the selection process, our recruiters are in constant contact with our partners to ensure that, they can make immediate adjustments to the selection process based on feedback and that the right candidate receives an offer as soon as possible.

We assess candidates' suitability for the position using a validated personality test, which we also use to choose our own colleagues. 

Should a large-scale employment need arise, we can also provide an on-site selection day. 

RPO

RPO, or recruitment process outsourcing, is a service whereby we, as an external service provider, take on the management and execution of all or part of our client's recruitment process. The RPO service offers a number of benefits to our partner.
As part of our outsourced recruitment service, we provide regular on-site visits tailored to our partner's needs. It can involve a recruiting team of one or more individuals, one day per week, or ongoing presence.

We offer an end-to-end recruitment solution, from job descriptions through position advertising to selection and onboarding of new recruits. As an RPO provider, we help our clients develop a strategy to find the ideal candidates, taking into account business needs and market trends. We create develop clear and appealing job descriptions to help our partner attract the ideal candidates. We actively engage in employer branding and advertising positions through the right channels to attract the attention of as many potential candidates as possible.

We search and screen ideal candidates, conduct preliminary interviews, tests and reference checks to ensure that our partner makes the final decision on the most suitable candidates. Additionally, we assist new hires with their onboarding procedures.
