Managing Director of Manpower Hungary, Manpower Croatia and Manpower Slovenia
Tamás Fehér has been the managing director of the Manpower Hungary since 2020 and took over the lead of Manpower Croatia and Manpower Slovenia in 2023. He started his career in corporate HR functions and entered the recruitment market in 2007. He managed two market-leading agencies before taking an international role as senior vice president of the permanent recruitment business line. As a former HR manager, he is primarily focused on organization design and the motivation of his teams, creating a high-performance culture.
