Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant - French Payroll

• Lead and manage SAP HCM Payroll projects for French payroll, ensuring successful delivery and support.
• Utilize extensive knowledge in HR ABAP, HR ABAP OO, UI5, and Webdynpro to develop and implement SAP solutions.
• Leverage proficiency in French and English to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
• Collaborate with customers to identify, understand, and review their needs, objectives, and business requirements.
• Design and implement operational IT solutions that meet customer requirements and business goals.
• Stay updated on local legal payroll and time management requirements for France to ensure compliance.

• Proficient in HR ABAP, HR ABAP OO, UI5, and Webdynpro.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus.
• Proven ability to identify, understand, and meet customer needs and business requirements.
