Junior Support Technical Engineer

• Enable customers to implement and operate their Company solutions efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support services
• Collaboration with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service
• Creating internal/external content for our Knowledge Base
• Involvement in product testing and validation
• Root cause analysis of reported customer problem cases

• Knowledge in GTS is an advantage
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills
• Problem solving/analytical skills
• Ability to work in teams of multicultural nature
• Fast learner
• Spoken and written English language skills are required
• Spoken and written German language skills is an advantage

• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Work experience/knowledge in accounting or in business transactions / processes is an advantage
• Knowledge in any SAP product an advantage
• Experience in customer support or software development or IT
• Programming skills (Java, C++, ABAP/4 etc) or interest in programming is an advantage
