Senior PMO

• Support for new project implementation. 
  • The Engineering PMO will assist in the operational management of the project engineering functions, covering a diverse range of activities that support departmental governance and contribute to the delivery of project objectives.
• Prepare and communicate key data/information for stakeholders (e.g. KPI’s, dashboards, reports, action plans, guidance documentation, presentations) to support the engineering and wider business communities.
• Arrange and participate in projects meetings, log necessary actions and decisions for future references.
• Keep track of a project’s action progress and ensure its completion before the deadline
• Manage purchase orders and fulfilment certificates, monitor expenditures and create detailed reports.
• In collaboration with the cross functional team updating risk management documents.
• Simplify/standardise existing practices, proposing more effective ways of working and implementing innovative solutions where appropriate.
• Oversee the implementation of management standards & documents across engineering projects, ensuring a consistent approach.
• Support and coach engineering teams on management tools & processes, addressing/reporting any irregularities.
• Make recommendations to ensure continuous process improvement and the deployment of best practices, creating a culture of learning and good practice.
• Lead by example in safety and quality mindset.
• Maintain the global knowledge management system for all Company technical/safety resources and acts as a key resource for Company practitioners globally.

• University degree preferably in a technical area
• MS 365, MSP or other project network management tools
• Leadership skills and good communication with negotiation skills

• Must be fluent in both Hungarian and English
