Our partner is a leading provider of Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions, empowering businesses with cutting-edge customer engagement tools. They are pioneering the integration of advanced AI features to enhance real-time communication capabilities. To achieve this, they are seeking a skilled ASP.NET Developer to join our innovative team.

Tasks:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend systems using .NET to support scalable applications.
• Build and enhance APIs for web-based communication using websocket, HTTP, and REST.
• Integrate AI services such as Microsoft Azure Open AI and others into .NET applications.
• Utilize Azure AI/ML services (Cognitive Services, Custom Vision, and others) to implement advanced features.
• Implement real-time communication technologies like WebRTC, SIP, and RTP for seamless interaction.
• Optimize data pipelines between backend services and AI/ML solutions. 

Requirements:

• Expertise in building and maintaining backend applications using .NET.
• Knowledge of .NET Core and its integration with cloud-based AI/ML solutions.
• Proficient in websocket, HTTP, and REST. o Hands-on experience in API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure AI services (e.g., Azure Open AI, Translator, Cognitive Services, Bot Services). 
• Knowledge of designing and deploying AI/ML workflows using Azure Machine Learning and Data Factory.
