Responsibilities:

• Managing the daily operations of the HR service center

• Developing HR strategies and initiatives

• Ensuring compliance with company policies

• Improving processes and practices

• Supporting transformation and case management

• Monitoring and analyzing cases and feedback

• Collaborating with leadership

• Leading HR projects and initiatives

• Developing and coaching HR team members

Requirements:

• Open mindset, customer focus, and extensive HR experience

• 5+ years of HR leadership experience

• Deep knowledge of HR service delivery processes

• Experience with ServiceNow case management

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills

• Experience working with international teams
