We are seeking a skilled Cloud Automation Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in identifying automation opportunities, utilizing automation solutions such as SAP iRPA and Microsoft Power Platform, and maintaining process models. While not a hard requirement, familiarity with tools like Signavio is highly beneficial.Responsibilities:
- Identify automation potential within cloud infrastructure and operations.
- Implement automation solutions using tools such as SAP iRPA, Microsoft Power Platform, and other relevant technologies.
- Develop and maintain process models to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement automation solutions accordingly.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in cloud automation to continuously improve processes.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for automation solutions as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud automation operations.
- Proficiency in utilizing automation solutions such as SAP iRPA, Microsoft Power Platform, and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with tools like Signavio.
- Knowledge in GenAI topics is desirable, though practical experience is not expected.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify automation opportunities.
- Experience in creating and maintaining process models is preferred.
