ERP Specialist

• Identify system requirements for relevant scope;
• Coordinate internal and external ERP/IT teams and supply information about system requirements and status;
• Develop enhance knowledge of in house IT tools to support IBOF teams and IBOF countries;
• Coordinate countries and IBOF teams in case of changes in relevant IT landscape;
• Developing policies and procedures, maintain and update system documentation;
• Coordinate implementation and improvement activities across functions;
• Involve and manage stakeholders;
• Organize and lead meetings (kick off, progress meetings);
• Coordinate and follow up tasks of teams involved in the implementation;
• Understand accounting aspects of implementation and align with relevant stakeholders about requirements;
• Specify accounting needs to IT specialists – provide appropriate specifications for system owners, support teams;
• Communicate accounting related issues with IBOF teams.

• Degree in finance or economics, additional knowledge/education in ERP development, implementation, database handling;
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar role;
• Strong written and spoken English skills;
• Experience in project management.
