About our partner:Our partner is a globally recognized healthcare provider specializing in the treatment of kidney diseases. With its innovative solutions and high-quality care, it stands out in the field of dialysis services.
Currently, they are looking for a technical expert to join their team who is experienced in implementing ERP systems.
Tasks:
- Identify system requirements for relevant scope;
- Coordinate internal and external ERP/IT teams and supply information about system requirements and status;
- Develop enhance knowledge of in house IT tools to support IBOF teams and IBOF countries;
- Coordinate countries and IBOF teams in case of changes in relevant IT landscape;
- Developing policies and procedures, maintain and update system documentation;
- Coordinate implementation and improvement activities across functions;
- Involve and manage stakeholders;
- Organize and lead meetings (kick off, progress meetings);
- Coordinate and follow up tasks of teams involved in the implementation;
- Understand accounting aspects of implementation and align with relevant stakeholders about requirements;
- Specify accounting needs to IT specialists – provide appropriate specifications for system owners, support teams;
- Communicate accounting related issues with IBOF teams.
Requirements:
- Degree in finance or economics, additional knowledge/education in ERP development, implementation, database handling;
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar role;
- Strong written and spoken English skills;
- Experience in project management.
