Trade Marketing Manager
position.
As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the trade marketing agenda for Roust Hungary.
You will launch and lead customer-focused projects, put processes in place to support sales to deliver yearly plans in line with brand marketing guidelines.
You will identify opportunities to improve the portfolio’s visibility and distribution. You should fully understand customer’s needs and align it with internal targets.
Main responsibilities :
- Prepare and execute yearly trade marketing agenda
- Contribute to the reach of yearly volume targets with proper sales activativisation programs
- Create programs to aid new product launches, distribution building, and in-store visibility
- Run Category Management projects with the selected top customers
- Identify, develop, and implement necessary processes to enhance sales business performance
- Build a customer activisation strategy for the company based on real insights
- Plan, execute and analyze trade marketing activations
- Plan and supervise trade marketing budget making sure that commercial plans are met
- Plan and prepare POS, displays, and trade materials for various channels meeting brand requirements
- Constantly monitor the market and the business KPIs, create action plans if necessary
- Keep close contact with the commercial department, brand marketing, and finance
- Create and manage category management at Modern Trade outlets
- Create and execute prefect store program in Traditional trade and Tobacco
- Create and execute flagship program in On Trade
- Handel the trade marketing budget and manage the activities
- Define and manage tailor-made activities in all channels
You would fit into their team if you have:
- College or University degree required
- Minimum 3-5 years in a similar position is a must at the FMCG area, leadership, marketing, and sales experience is an advantage
- Professional level of English and Hungarian in written and verbal
- Excel, SAP, and ERP knowledge in proficiency level
- Proactivity and „Can do” attitude
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
