HR Controlling & Compensation Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage pay cost and headcount planning during budget and forecast cycles
• Maintain and improve HR controlling and reporting (FTE tracking, variance analysis)
• Prepare compensation reports, support strategic decision-making, and develop HR dashboards
• Participate in regional projects, focusing on digital transformation
• Conduct job evaluations, compensation benchmarking (Korn Ferry, Mercer), and salary reviews
• Stay updated on HR best practices and market trends

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or HR
• 5+ years of experience in HR controlling and/or compensation in a multinational environment
• Strong budgeting and planning skills
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SAP knowledge
• Fluent in Hungarian and intermediate English
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive mindset with strategic thinking

Preferred Experience:

• Implementing Power BI processes
• Working with SuccessFactors Employee Central, Compensation and Variable Pay modules
