Join our multinational Partner's rapidly growing L1 IT Support Team in their Budapest office. In this role, you’ll be the go-to problem solver for users, tackling their IT challenges with a mix of expertise, empathy, and efficiency. Whether you’re diagnosing software hiccups, fixing hardware, or coordinating with specialists, your work will ensure everything runs smoothly.
Tasks:
- Manage Level 1 incidents for workstations and office IT systems.
- Respond to user calls, understand their issues, and walk them through resolutions—or take control remotely if needed.
- Pinpoint hardware and software problems, coordinating with specialized teams when escalation is necessary.
- Replace faulty components, perform functionality checks, and ensure everything is back to normal.
- Document interventions and seamlessly hand off cases to other departments when required.
What You Bring to the Table
- Strong Windows OS expertise and fluency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with messaging systems and incident management platforms.
- Experience with remote support tools? Big bonus!
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to turn frustrated users into happy ones.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, approachable, and solution-focused.
- You’re fluent in both German and English, ensuring seamless communication.
