About our Partner:Our partner is the world's leading international provider of printing and communication services company. Their main strength: innovation, continuous development, respect, commitment. Their location in Debrecen, which is expanding every year, deals with offset printing and box production, while in Győrtheir office provides expert support.Tasks:- Business process analysis and gather requirements for solutions to address new business requirements for existing and new clients, working closely with business process owners,
- Present issues, solutions and options to an audience in a clear, effective, and appropriate-to-their-level manner,
- Identify and document test plans, perform system testing, and assist users or developers with testing issues in conjunction with the teamc,
- Adhere to quality assurance and regulatory standards,
- Prepare training materials and IT reference documents,
- Configure ERP system and other application software,
- Provide solutions and deliver outputs within the planned time and budget. Perform and manage multiple concurrent assignments,
- Liaise between the business teams and the software development groups and other IT colleagues, some of whom are located in other European countries and the US,
- Maintain awareness of the capabilities of our business applications,
- Design and write reports over systems data to meet business needs,
- Follow IT Standards and change management procedures,
- Provide on-call support (off hours/weekend).
Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Business Information systems and/or equivalent experience,
- 5-6 years experience in a similar business/application analysis role,
- Business analysis/IT experience in a supply chain environment including the core areas of manufacturing, distribution and supply chain management,
- Advanced English knowledge both in verbal and written,
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC),
- Experience configuring, implementing and rolling out ERP and other application software systems and enhancements,
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements,
- History of providing effective support for internal or external customers,
- Knowledge of and usage of Microsoft Office products.
