POSITION SUMMARY
The Support Team at the Support Center Central and Eastern Europe is critical to Company's future success, and we are looking for candidates who strive to make the world run better. Support engineer who is driven by a desire to provide our customers with outstanding customer service. The primary responsibility is to assist our customers in resolving issues related to the implementation, deployment, functionality, and usage of Company Products.
The engineer will need the ability to support complex environments that include a variety of operating systems, platforms, and databases.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS- Enable customers to implement and operate their Company solutions efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support service
s - Collaboration with fellow support colleagues and other internal organizations to provide superior customer service
- Creating internal/external content for our Knowledge Base
- Involvement in product testing and validation
- Root cause analysis of reported customer problem cases
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES- Degree in Finance / Information Technology/Computer Science areas or study close to closure
- Knowledge in accounting and/or finance is an advantage
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills
- Problem solving/analytical skills
- Ability to work in teams of multicultural nature
- Fast learner
- Spoken and written English language skills are required
- Spoken and written German language skills is an advantage
WORK EXPERIENCE (optional / advantage )- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Work experience/knowledge in accounting or in business transactions / processes is an advantage
- Knowledge in any SAP product an advantage
- Experience in customer support or software development or IT
- Programming skills (Java, C++, ABAP/4 etc) or interest in programming is an advantage
