Tasks:
- Write, test, and maintain Java code, implementing new features.
- Build and optimize microservices using Spring Boot.
- Design, implement, and manage PostgreSQL and HANA databases.
- Deploy and monitor applications in Kubernetes clusters.
- Ensure data security with encryption/decryption and secure APIs.
- Configure load balancers and implement caching strategies.
- Use frameworks like Hystrix for fault tolerance.
- Work with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and enhance skills through training.
- JAVA
- Spring boot
- Understanding of Polyglot persistence approach:
- PostgreSQL
- HANA DB
- Kubernetes (architectural framework, persistence claim etc.)
- Encryption/Decryption; Secure API; Load balancing; Caching
- Understanding of Frameworks like Hysterix
- At least 4 years of experience as a Java Developer
- Excellent English skills
- German language knowledge is a plus
