They are looking for a seasoned SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with over 10 years of professional experience in SAP application-related project delivery and support, specifically focused on German payroll. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll, including local legal payroll and time management requirements for Germany.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead and manage SAP HCM Payroll projects for German payroll, ensuring successful delivery and support.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge in HR ABAP, HR ABAP OO, UI5, and Webdynpro to develop and implement SAP solutions.
  • Leverage proficiency in German and English to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify, understand, and review their needs, objectives, and business requirements.
  • Design and implement operational IT solutions that meet customer requirements and business goals.
  • Stay updated on local legal payroll and time management requirements for Germany to ensure compliance.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and proactively engage in networking to foster positive work relationships.
  • Contribute to international and intercultural settings, working effectively within agile framework environments.
  • Apply strong analytical abilities to solve complex problems and improve processes.
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:
 
  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in SAP application-related project delivery and support in SAP HCM Payroll for Germany.
  • Technical expertise in SAP HCM Payroll with a specific focus on German payroll.
  • Good knowledge of local legal payroll and time management requirements for Germany.
  • Proficient in HR ABAP, HR ABAP OO, UI5, and Webdynpro.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus.
  • Proven ability to identify, understand, and meet customer needs and business requirements.
  • Strong teamwork, networking, and result-oriented skills.
  • Experience working in international, intercultural, and agile framework environments.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
