Business Support for Services Deals
In your role as a Business Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution of the end-to-end deal operational process. This is a central team acting as a deal support center for Services in the region. The Customer Business Support Team assist, and process deals within the CRM/Harmony system. Supported by your team members, you will guide deals through the quote-to-booking process. The team is expected to contribute to revenue growth and profitability by processing sales opportunities for both existing and net new customers and achieve order targets. The teams support Services Deals like Professional Services and Premium Engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for execution of the end-to-end deal operational process / quote-to-cash process
- Processing customer requests for deal offerings and completing the required inputs (Harmony/CRM Opportunities, Quotations).
- Partnering with different roles like Services Account Executives, Delivery Partner, Commercial Finance, Centralized Deal Support (CDS) & Order-to-Invoice (O2I) Teams to support the sales process and facilitate deal closure.
- Contract creation with automated tools and support the approval process for these.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience working in a Sales Operations or Deal Support capacity which can include legal, commercial or contracting background
- A strong background in sales processes, quote-to-cash process & deal execution preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems
- Extremely detailed-oriented, organized, and great communication skills (both oral and written)
- Working experience within a cross country working environment (preferred)
- Experience with MS Office (esp. Excel or Word)
- Experience with Sales Tools like DocuSign, CPQ/CRM
- Flexibility to work varied business hours to ensure full Business Support coverage, especially at quarter and year-end
English language skills mandatory. Other European languages are beneficial, German language skills preferred.
