IT Operations Manager
About the Role:
Our multinational Partner Company is looking to find their new IT Operations Manager to work closely with IT executives to optimize and find new ways to improve their IT strategies, to control the operation processes and to manage IT systems. Their new colleague will act as a business partner to the supporting teams, coaches their team leaders and colleagues in order to develop a higher professional level with a hands-on technical knowledge to ensure and support the development of the team members.
Tasks:
- Responsible for developing the team leaders and team members' skills and ensures their professional improvement with development plans,
- Understands and able to work with the Agile teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Team Leaders in case of people development,
- Organizes trainings, mentoring and knowledge sharing,
- Actively participates in workforce planning, in the recruitment process of new colleagues and in their career management, manages performance reviews based on feedback collected from the Team Leaders,
- Actively and proactively manages stakeholder communication and relationship,
- Manages vendors, contracts, legal and compliance elements, outsourced services and budgeting,
- Manages the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of IT systems while managing the compliance of the systems and processes to ensures the alignment with the Enterprise Architectural Framework.
Requirements:
- University/College degree in IT or technical field,
- Experienced people and technical leader,
- At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operation management,
- ITIL Foundation,
- Advanced negotiation skills in English and Hungarian,
- Change driven and innovative thinking,
- Able to develop and motivate others, to build trust and has a growth mindset.
