Test Lead

Responsibilities
• Author comprehensive test plans
• Execute staffing plans
• Develop and execute staffing schedule to meet project demands
• Contribute to budget planning
• Execute on defined test schedule road map
• Identify Risks to budget planning, project schedule
• Develop mitigation strategies to identified risks • Maintain ownership of bug reporting database and proactive in monitoring quality of bug entry, bugs assigned for regression or additional information, and integrity of resolutions • Maintain ownership of test case management solutions and proactive in monitoring the quality of test cases to ensure complete coverage and comprehensive coverage reporting
Requirements
• Knowledge of, and experience in, black box software testing principles, testing best practices
• Knowledgeable of advanced test metrics and reports
• Capable of identify bug trends and gaps in test coverage
• Proactive in identifying areas requiring additional testing through product specification reviews
• Consistent in adhering to, defining, and improving upon best practices in reporting and visual representation of data
• Perform advanced problem diagnosis • Can solve advanced problems independently
• Knowledgeable of certification processes and proven ability to interpret and apply requirements across various styles of gameplay • Knowledgeable of tools/software required for certification testing • Partner with Development and Production to request waivers to certification bugs • Analyze and communicate the severity of certification bugs and provide recommended solutions

Feladatok:

IT rendszer felülvizsgálata, véleményezés, közép- és hosszútávú kreatív fejlesztési javaslatok megfogalmazása,
App-on belüli B2C árazás és üzleti modell felülvizsgálata, véleményezése, fejlesztése, KPI alapú működés bevzetése,
Üzleti igényekből értékteremtő funkciók alkotása, konkrét fejlesztői feladatok delegálása, logikai folyamatok tervezése,
Legújabb technológiák ismerete, az IT rendszer naprakészen tartása, külföldi skálázódást is figyelembe vevő felépítése,
Zökkenőmentes felhasználói élmény létrehozása, a back-és frontend külsős fejlesztőcsapatok napi szintű irányítása,
Hazai és külföldi potenciális és meglévő ügyfelek IT jellegű kérdéseinek megválaszolása, support feladatok ellátása.

Elvárások:

Igényes, pontos kommunikáció magyarul és angolul, kreatívitás, elszántság, menedzsment szemlélet,

Technical Project Support Specialist

About our partner:
Our partner’s Product Support Organization is actively seeking a Technical Project Support Specialist to assist in the entire process of creating tools and integrations for their Internal browser-like tool, the Integrated Support Environment (ISE). This role involves a range of responsibilities, including software requirements gathering, assisting developers in meeting release timelines, conducting test cycles, creating support documentation, contributing to marketing and enablement efforts, and resolving release and user issues. 

To be considered for the position, the ideal candidate should have experience with software release cycles and a sincere passion for improving user productivity through the development of cutting-edge tools and technologies. 

Tasks:
•       Support tools and prioritizing issue handling
•       Gathering feedback, clarifying use cases, and formulating requirement details
•       Developing test scripts and running test cycles for new features.
•       Assist in developing user documentation and enablement materials (videos, blogs, etc.)
•       Help with the communication of the new features
Ideally, a candidate will have:
•       A background in Software support and testing.
•       Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, particularly technical 
•       Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•       Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Requirements:
•       Six months working in a technical support role.
•       Participated in documenting processes and/or how-to materials for coworkers and/or customers.

Information Security Analyst

Responsibilities:

Create new Cognos reports and maintain existing reports; be able to author complex reports with highly level of sophistication and formatting technical requirements writing.
Create and maintain a library of Information Security documents Design data sets suitable for Analytics and create intuitive Cognos Analytics dashboards.
Be part of operations in monthly report production: Produce monthly and periodic reports on designated Information Security (IS) programs and on any assigned topics. 
Work with the program owners, gather risk data from them, process the data as needed and produce reports and metrics. 
Maintain the reports as needed. 
Analyst needs to have a keen eye for the numbers, be able to self-QC their own reports and data, be able to present the data concisely. 
Perform QC on others' reports for both formatting and data issues. 
Be able to look at the source data and compare it with the pdf reports and spot discrepancies and other issues. 
Have hands-on experience in reporting 
Have a thorough understanding of SQL, databases, tables, and data design concepts 
Create, maintain, and improve the interactive analytics dashboards with appropriate data visualizations 
Presentation skills: The reports and data analysis artifacts must be presented to stakeholders in clear and easily understood format in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, or PDF documents. 
Work on CISO Metrics related projects: Work on assigned projects which generally involve the above areas.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree required; Master’s in data sciences preferred. 
Industry Info Security certifications are a plus. 
Proficiency in Cognos report authoring is a must. 
Strong understanding of Information Technology and Information Security is a huge plus. 
Minimum 5 years working in Information Security, preferably focused in the Financial Services industry. 3+ years of Reporting area experience is a must. 
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to senior management and business users 
Customer-oriented, resourceful, and enthusiastic. 
Focused on considering business enablement while reaching balanced information risk judgments.

Solution Architect

About our partner: 

Our partner is looking for a talented professional to join their team as a Solution Architect. In this position, you will design solutions in accordance with business needs and defined company architecture standards. You will have an active role in creating the architecture standards and development plans.

Tasks: 

Design optimal solutions for business requirements with the aim to re-use elements of approved enterprise architecture efficiently;
Cooperate with application analysts on solution design, considering and utilizing capabilities of the systems and technologies in use;
Ensure harmonization of business requirements with strategy of IT development and in this sense actively cooperate with enterprise architects and business analysts;
Identify security, business and operations risks related to IT and propose measures to mitigate them;
Discuss identified technical limitations with the BA for resolutions in order to find the best compromise between business requirements and IT solution architecture complexity, to maximize performance, reduce cost and implementation risks;
Perform a software selection analysis for the architecture components (and integration) based on the business requirements, as well as the security/architecture guidelines and policies;
Oversee development of test strategy, determine test environment requirements and tools, and manage change requests.

Requirements:
