About our partner:
Our partner is an American multinational company providing premium beauty and nutritional products in nearly 50 markets and with 5000 employees across the globe. The Budapest office has the largest customer service center in the whole region.
Tasks:
Answering the phone calls of Polish-speaking customers and distributors
Handle the possible issues by cooperating with other departments
Requirements:
To be fluent in Polish
To have at least an intermediate level (B2) of English and native Hungarian language knowledge
Advantage:
If you have user-level IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP)
If you are interested in the beauty industry
To have experience in the customer service field
