People & Performance Service SpecialistThe purpose of the role is to support the People & Performance Leads and the People & Performance team with HR service and payroll/benefits administration related activities. The role has a regional scope and works for multiple countries with interfaces in specific countries.Main tasks:- Working independent and demonstrating team spirit while collaborating with the People & Performance team, Finance team, managers and employees from all the related countries
- Creating offer letters/employment contracts/employment certificates based on templates
- Managing the onboarding and offboarding formalities
- Providing administrative support in managing the life cycle of the employees including occupational health checks follow up
- Keeping up to date the physical and/or virtual/electronic personnel files
- Supporting the effective and robust compensation review and short-term incentive/bonus processes
- Working with external providers on payroll and benefits administration topics
Expectations:- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar with at least 3-4 years HR experience in an international environment; or a similar combination of education and experience
- Fluent English and German knowledge
- Advanced understanding of Labor law, Payroll, HRIS
- Very good MS Office skills
