Our partner has 20+ years of history working as a strategic partner of a major global QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) retailer. They deliver POS services (point-of-sale) and related software applications that focus on the overall crew and customer experience, resulting in improved operations to the fastest-growing food restaurant chain in over 120 countries and over 37,500 locations worldwide.Tasks: - Interface with the local accountants:
- Understand chart of accounts, departments, classification of the expenses, allocation costs in the departments, other related controls (financial and benefits) working close with the outsourced company,
- Oversight of employee expense reporting,
- Manage purchase orders, accounts payables and receivables.
- Being the point of contact for mobility-related queries,
- Assistance in purchasing,
- Personnel administration: expense reports, employment-related administration,
- Validating incoming invoices, obtaining approvals and working with external accountants to facilitate payment,
- Facilitate communications between senior management, legal and external accountants as related to contracts, purchasing, expenses, mobility, etc.
Requirements: - Bachelor Degree (Preferred: Accounting, Administration or related),
- Experience of 1-3 years or more in Accounting related position,
- Effective communication both in Hungarian and English,
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications.
