Our agile and innovative teams provide comprehensive test coverage on all platforms and are instrumental in delivering high quality user experiences. We not only deliver great results for our clients, but we also continuously look for ways to improve our process and grow our capabilities. If you are a testing and quality leader, come join us and help us achieve our goal of testing smarter!
That’s what we do. How we do it matters. Not only will you be responsible for building and driving testing strategies for our world-class partners, but you’ll also build a supportive, collaborative, and nurturing environment enabling your teams to do their best work, grow their capabilities, and feel respected, proud, and valued for their efforts.

About the Role:

As the Hungary based Test Manager, you’ll be responsible for the year-to-year performance of the QA facility supporting multiple test projects within pre-defined staffing and cost constraints. The mission is to share these resources optimally and fluidly across multiple titles delivering the right testing at the right time.
You’ll work with your QA Supervisors to utilize objective project data: code/content changes, bug reports, and test coverage as well as consider input from partners in Tempe and project owners in Redmond, to determine the best allocation of resources across titles on a week-to-week basis.

As our partnership with Clients continues to grow (and the addition of this facility is an example) you’ll handle the challenge of building new processes, hiring the best talent, ensuring we have the right equipment, setting priorities, reporting progress, dealing with escalated issues, and ensuring the team is learning/adapting/improving as the program matures. You’ll need to quickly develop (with the help of peers in our Portland, OR QA facility) a strong onboarding and training program ensuring your team gains the knowledge to be successful and grow.

Working collaboratively with project Test Managers, Test Leads, and Delivery Support Teams, you’ll build, improve, and drive change across our organization’s testing methodology and infrastructure. You’ll coordinate directly with internal operational elements to ensure the continuity of operations prior to, during, launching, and sustainment of projects. You delight in providing a platform that enables others to excel. You understand what it means to be part of a people-first organization and you naturally lead with compassion while simultaneously balancing business objectives.
