Responsibilities:

Reviews control plans, process procedures, test procedures, and quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, and function of products.
Ensures products meet the drawing specification, customers quality and product integrity requirements.
Supports product development or operations team by providing analysis and expertise throughout the inspection process.
Identifies root causes of problems in the production process; recommends and/or implements corrective measures.
Analyzes data to identify trends in product quality or defects with the goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defect
Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management system (IATF16949/ISO9001)
Participate in the development and refinement of Design and Process FMEA’s (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
Report on KPIs in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system improvement such as Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), and Measurement System Analysis
Manage and coordinate supplier PPM
Support and lead process improvement activities
Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
English language knowledge
IATF16949/ISO9001 knowledge

Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns
Undertake regular internal and process audits of the Quality Management Systems
Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System (TS16949/ISO9001)
Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
Prepare certifications (IATF16949, VDA6.3)
Quality system and process development
Establish and Monitor the Key KPI's
Establish Quality Strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Excellent Knowledge in IATF 16949, VDA6.3 and OEM's CORE TOOLS like MSA, APQP, FMEA, CONTROL PLAN, SPC
Good understanding of Quality planning tasks

Responsibilities: 

Responsible for accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing and reporting to the management, authorities and external and internal auditors.
Responsible for the preparation of the statutory and IFRS financial statements.
Prepare various Tax declaration and returns
Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods.
Support the development and implementation of SAP to increase the effectiveness of the existing accounting and reporting systems as well as the operations.
Provide financial analysis to the management to support the growth of the Company.
Guide and support the accounting team.
Perform Ad-Hoc duties as per company and management needs.

Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent.
Chartered accountant in IFRS.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant professional experience in accounting and reporting under IFRS standards.
Hungarian and fluent English knowledge
Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
SAP and Oracle highly preferred.
Experience in ERP implementation would be an advantage.
Advanced excel skills required.
Disciplined and well organized.
Hardworking and able to handle pressure.
Ability to work independently.

About Our Partner:

Our partner is a multinational company who manufactures e-motors and offers a suite of electrified powertrain solutions including inverters and onboard chargers. They are opening a new facility in Miskolc, Hungary in 2024. Now, they are looking to welcome a Network Administrator you will maintain the essential hardware of a company’s network, such as cables, hubs, switches, routers, servers, and clients, plus networking software like operating systems, memory backup, and application servers. You will also be in charge of installing updates to software and troubleshooting system issues.
As a Network Administrator you need to stay abreast of the latest changes in technology, to maintain the most efficient system for their company. Also, it’s up to the Network Administrator to decide how and when to change cable configurations, nomenclature for various servers, computers, and network systems, and determine what equipment or software needs to be purchased when it comes time to upgrade the network.

Tasks:
 

Fully support, configure, maintain, and upgrade corporate networks and in-house servers,
Install and integrate new server hardware and applications,
Specify system requirements and design solutions,
Procure network equipment,
Managing subcontractors involved with network installation,
Maximize network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.

Requirements:
 

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field,
Professional certification, such as the Cisco Certified Network Associate, is strongly preferred,
Experience with firewalls, internet VPNs, remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution,
Knowledge of various networking platforms like Windows Server, SolarWinds, Cisco, and Linux,
Ability to set up and configure server hardware,
Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
